摘要
国际汉语教师应具备三大基本能力:汉语教学能力、中华文化传播能力和跨文化交际能力。目前国内各高等院校先后开设了汉语国际教育专业硕士学历教育,国际汉语教育就是搭建中华文化传播的桥梁,汉语教师就是中华文化传播的使者。因而,国际汉语教师的文化传播能力和汉语教学能力实质上也是一种跨文化交际能力,是国际汉语教师应具有的基本能力。针对国际汉语教师培养过程中的相关问题,对汉语国际教育专业硕士的跨文化交际意愿进行调查分析,阐明其应具备四种跨文化交际基本能力,并结合教学实践提出提高跨文化交际能力的具体措施,进一步明晰国际汉语教师人才培养的方向。
An international Chinese teacher should have three basic abilities: Chinese teaching ability, Chi- nese culture communication ability and the ability of cross-cultural communication. At present the domes- tic institutions of higher learning have opened the education of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL). The international Chinese language education is a bridge to spread Chinese culture, and the Chinese teacher is an ambassador to disseminate Chinese culture. Therefore, the interna- tional Chinese teacher's ability of culture communication and Chinese teaching ability is actually a kind of cross-cultural communication ability that our international Chinese teachers should basically have. Accord- ing to the related problems on the training process of international Chinese teachers, we investigate and analysie the teachers' willing ness of cross-cultural communication, clarify four kinds of cross-cultural communication basic abilities, put forward some specific measures about improving intercultural communi- cation competence combining with the teaching practice, and have further discussions on training direction for the international Chinese teachers as well.
