摘要
凸度仪可在线测量钢板横断面厚度分布,实现凸度控制,在板带材热连轧生产线中得到广泛应用。本文介绍了凸度仪系统结构、基于PLC的分布式控制子系统的硬件结构和控制软件设计,以及设备中C形架内温湿度测量与获取方法,并研究了X光机串口通讯控制的时间响应特性。实验结果表明,控制子系统的设计满足凸度仪系统应用要求。
The profile gauge can on-line get the cross section in the steel strip, so it has been widely used in hot continuous rolling production-line. The structure of profile gauge and its distributed hardware structure based on PLC and software design of its control subsystem were introduced. The method of temperature and humidity measure- ment was analyzed. The time response of X-ray machine control based on RS232 com- munication was researched. It is proved that the control system meets the requirements of the profile gauge system.
