摘要
为了提高无传感器永磁同步电机调速系统的性能,提出了一种基于反电动势观测器法的新型控制策略。利用反电动势观测器和锁相器实现了对永磁同步电机调速系统转子位置角度和角速度的准确估计,利用估计得到的电机转子位置角度和角速度,构成了闭环系统。该系统具有结构简单,估计准确,对电机参数敏感度较小,成本低等优点。通过仿真和物理实验,验证了该方法的有效性,实验结果表明,利用该方法实现的永磁同步电机无编码器矢量控制调速系统,具有良好的动静态性能。
To improve performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) sensorless control system, a novel control strategy based on back EMF observer method was proposed. Using back EMF observer and PLL to estimate rotor position and angular speed accurately, making use of the gotten motor rotor position and angular speed to build a closed loop system. This system has characteristics of simple structure, estimate accurately, small influence to motor parameters change, low cost, etc. The result of simulation and physical experiment validate the effectiveness of this method. The experiment result shows using this method to realize PMSM sensorless vector control system has a good dynamic and static performance.
