The outline and optimized goal of automatic voltage control （AVC）system in scheduling master station was introduced.The achievement of AVC control function was implemented,including control flow,control strategy and con- trol principle.At the same time,the general control function of AVC was discussed,and how to become the method of electric power system increase the quality of electric energy and lowers electric energy loss,and it has been applied extensively.
