H7N9禽流感病毒前期研究进展评述 被引量:1

摘要 2013年2~3月,新型甲型流感病毒(H7N9)人类感染首次被发现发生在中国华东地区,感染以迅速进展的肺炎、呼吸衰竭、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)和致死性转归为特点。禽类感染甲型流感H7亚型在世界范围内偶有发生,但H7N9病毒感染人类尚属首次报道。我国将该病称为人感染H7N9禽流感病毒病(简称“人感染H7N9禽流感”)。中国的疾病防控和科研部门及时对该病毒特性进行了科学研究,快速明确了病因、流行规律和疾病流行特点,评估了传播风险,为政府部门科学制定防控措施提供了依据。许多重要的研究成果都分别发表在了世界顶尖医学学术期刊上。
