RP-HPLC法测定爱维心口服液中田蓟苷的含量

Determination of tilianin content in Aiweixin oral liquid by RP-HPLC

目的：采用RP—HPLC法建立爱维心口服液中田蓟苷的含量测定方法。方法：乙腈-0．5％甲酸（25：75）为流动相；AgilentTC—C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μm）色谱柱，检测波长为324nm；柱温为30℃，流速为1．0mL／min。结果：田蓟苷浓度在4．07—40．70μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=1（n=6），平均回收率为100．32％，RSD为1．56％。结论：该方法简便易行，重复性好，结果准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish an RP - HPLC method to determine the content of tilianin in oral liquid. Methods： By RP - HPLC. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0. 5% methane acid （25：75 ） ; the liquid chromatography was carried out using a Agilent TC - C18 （4. 6 mm× 150 mm, 5μm） . Detection wavelength was at 324 nm, column temperature was at 30℃, The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results： The linear responserange of tilianin was 4. 07 - 40. 70 μg/mL （ r = 1, n = 6） . The average recovery was 100. 32%, RSD （%） was 1.56 （n = 6） . Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used in quality control of Aiweixin oral liquid.
