摘要
目的:探讨启发式教学法应用于ICU实习护士带教中的教学效果。方法:选取我院ICU重症监护室新进护士43名作为研究对象,其中随机抽取21名设为对照组,抽取22名设为试验组。试验组按照启发式教学法进行教学,对照组遵循传统教学法。十个月出科时,采用自制的考核试题及调查问卷,通过SPSS17.0统计软件包统计分析两组实习护士的在理论知识、操作技能方面的差异及对教学方法的满意度。结果:实行启发式教学法后,试验组的理论和技能考试成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。实习护士对启发式教学法的满意度明显高于传统教学法(P<0.01)。结论:启发式教学法是一种能有效提高ICU实习护士理论和临床实践能力的实践方法,且得到实习护士的广泛认可。启发式教学法是提高ICU实习护士护理质量的良好路径。
Objective: Explore the effects of the heuristic method used in the teaching of practical nurses in the ICU. Methods: Select 43 practical nurses in the ICU of our hospital as the objects of the study, in which 21 randomly selected as the control group, 22 as the experimental group. The heuristic method is used in the experimental group, and the control group follows the traditional meth- ods. Ten months of departmental rotation later, we analyzed the differences of the two sets of practical nurses in the theory of knowl- edge, operational skills and the satisfaction of teaching methods by SPSS17. 0, with homemade examination questions and question- naires. Results: After implementing the heuristic method, the theory ,and skills of experimental group test scores were significantly better than the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Practical nurses' satisfaction on the heuristic method was significantly higher than that on traditional methods (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The heuristic method is an effective way to improve the ability of practical nurses on theory and clinical practice in the ICU, and is widely recognized by practical nurses. Heuristic method is a good path to heighten the quality of practical nurses in the ICU.
