摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定夏桑菊颗粒中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:AgilentZORBAXSBC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(20:80),检测波长:330nm;流速1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果:迷迭香酸在0.068~1.357μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.15%,RSD为1.4%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便快捷,准确,重现性好,灵敏度高,可用于夏桑菊颗粒的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a method for detecting Rosmarinic acid in Xiasangju Granules with HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic column of Agilent ZORBAX SB C18 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 51m ) was used, the mobile phase was consisted of ace- tonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (20: 80), The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detective wavelength was 330 nm and the column temperature was 30℃ Results: The linear range of the method was 0. 068 - 1. 357μg ( r = 0. 999 9, n = 6), the average recovery was 99. 15%, RSD was 1.4% (n = 9). Conclusion: The results showed this method is accurate, reproducible, simple and easy to do, which can be used in quality control of Xiasangju Granules.
