HPLC测定夏桑菊颗粒中迷迭香酸含量

Determination of Rosmarinic acid in Xiasangju Granules by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定夏桑菊颗粒中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱：AgilentZORBAXSBC18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．1％磷酸（20：80），检测波长：330nm；流速1．0ml／min；柱温：30℃。结果：迷迭香酸在0．068～1．357μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999，n=6），平均加样回收率为99．15％，RSD为1．4％（n=9）。结论：该方法简便快捷，准确，重现性好，灵敏度高，可用于夏桑菊颗粒的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for detecting Rosmarinic acid in Xiasangju Granules with HPLC. Methods： The chromatographic column of Agilent ZORBAX SB C18 （4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 51m ） was used, the mobile phase was consisted of ace- tonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution （20： 80）, The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detective wavelength was 330 nm and the column temperature was 30℃ Results： The linear range of the method was 0. 068 - 1. 357μg （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 6）, the average recovery was 99. 15%, RSD was 1.4% （n = 9）. Conclusion： The results showed this method is accurate, reproducible, simple and easy to do, which can be used in quality control of Xiasangju Granules.
