HPLC测定玉郎伞中芒柄花素的含量

HPLC determination of formononetin in Root of Milletia pulchra var. laxior

目的：建立玉郎伞药材中芒柄花素的含量测定方法。方法：乙腈-0．5％磷酸（35：65）为流动相，ZorbaxXDB—C18色谱柱，流速1ml／min，在250nm处进行芒柄花素的HPLC测定。结果：芒柄花素在HPLC进样0．0204～0．255μg线性关系良好（R：0．9999），平均加样回收率为98．27％，RSD为0．8％（n=5）。结论：本法准确，简便，重复性好，可作为玉郎伞药材的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of formonoetin in Root of Milletia pulchra var. laxior. Methods; Acetonitrile -water containing 0. 5% phosphoric acid （35. 65）, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min, and the deter- ring wavelength was 250nm. Results： The linear range of formononetin was from 0. 0204 to 0. 2550μg （ R =0. 9999）. The aver- age recovery rate was 98. 27%, SD was 0. 8% （n =5）. Conlusion： The method was accurate and simple with high repeatablili- ty, which can be used for the qualtity control of Root of Milletia pulchra var. laxior.
