45例关节镜下膝关节前交叉韧带重建术病人的康复与护理

The Rehabilitation and Nursing of 45 Cases Patients with Reconstruction of Cruciate Ligament under arthroscopy

目的：总结关节镜下膝关节前交叉韧带重建术的康复与护理。方法：对45例前交叉韧带损伤关节镜下重建术患者予以术前术后康复治疗与护理，并进行1-2年随访，观察其临床效果及预后。结果：症状消失43例，明显改善2例，治愈率95．6％。结论：充分的术前术后康复治疗与护理是关节镜治疗膝关节前交叉韧带损伤成功的关键。

Objective： Study the rehabilitation and nursing of reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint under ar- throscopy . Methods ： Isolates were carried out under the 45 cases of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament injury of revascularization in patients with postoperative rehabilitation treatment and nursing, preoperative and follow -up of 1 ~ 2 years, and observe its clinical effect and prognosis. Result： Symptoms 43 cases, 2 cases were markedly improved, the cure rate of 95.6%. Conclusion： Sufficient preoperative postoperative rehabilitation treatment and nursing is the role of arthroscopy in treating injury of anterior cruciate ligament is the key to success.
