摘要
实时以太网EtherMAC总线无需专用硬件,主控制器无需专用网卡和硬实时操作系统,在自动化设备和高性能同步控制领域应用广泛。为进一步推广EtherMAC总线应用,设计实现EtherMAC与Modbus RTU协议通讯,该方法使得主控制器能够通过EtherMAC总线直接控制采用Modbus RTU协议的智能仪器仪表、传感器和变频器等工业器件,并通过控制施耐德变频器验证其可行性。实践证明,该方法可减少控制系统线路连接的复杂性,简单可靠,成本低廉,特别适合控制数控机床和自动化加工设备等场合。
Real-time Ethernet EtherMAC bus does not need special hardware, the main controller without special card and hard real-time operating system, and it is widely used in the automation equipment and high performance synchronous control field. In order to further promote the EtherMAC bus application, EtherMAC and Modbus RTU protocol communication is designed and realized, and this method makes the main controller control the intelligent instruments, sensors, inverters and other industrial devices which use the Modbus RTU protocol directly through the EtherMAC bus, and its feasibility is verified through controlling the Schneider Inverter. Practice proves that this method can reduce the system line connection complexity, and is simple, reliable, low cost, and particularly suitable for controlling CNC machine tools and automatic processing equipment and so on.
