摘要
17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢在1020。C~1060℃固溶水冷,再进行480℃-620℃4h时效处理的硬化工艺。通过硬度检测和金相组织观察,结果表明:时效处理温度的高低能显著影响其硬化效果;17—4PH不锈钢的硬化效果是cu等元素的析出和组织结构的变化两种因素共同作用的结果。在480~620℃范围内,随时效温度的升高,马氏体板条结构逐渐减少,组织软化,同时富铜相(ε-Cu)等沉淀相质点析出长大,沉淀强化效果减弱,导致硬度下降。
The aging hardening process of precipitation hardening stainless steel 17-4PH at elevated temperature is studied by hardness test and metallographic observation. The specific process is as fo)lows: the 17-4PH is heated to water cooled from 1020℃ -1080℃ to room temperature, then aged at 480-620℃ for 4 hours. The results showed that the hardening effect is affected remarkable by aging temperature. The hardening effect of 17-4PH is due to the precipitation of Cu elements and organization changes. The martensite lath structure dispear after aging at 480-620℃ , which soften the tissue. Meanwhile, the precipitating and growin8 of copper rich phase (ε-Cu) decrease the precipitation strengthening effect and hardness.
