伯克利模式作为国外高等教育改革的一次重大突破,对于培养高素质创新型人才具有里程碑式意义。文章基于创新人才的发展需求,以卓越人才科研创新能力培养现状为出发点,结合我国高校实际,探讨在伯克利模式下通过营造创新氛围、加强创新实践引导、推行卓越化精英教育、改革教学体系、强化师资队伍建设等一系列举措促进卓越人才科研创新能力的培养与提高。

As a breakthrough of foreign higher education reform, Berkeley mode is a landmark to cultivate high--quality innovative talents. Based on the developmental demand of innovative talents, the article starts with the status of outstanding talents of scientific research innovation ability training combined with the reality of colleges and universities in China, discusses a series of measures under the Berkeley mode such as exploring the innovation atmosphere, strengthening the innovation practice guidance, pursuing excellence elite education, reforming teaching system and strengthening the construction of teachers team to promote excellent innovative abilities talents.
