摘要
众多发达国家都把文化创意产业作为提升国家竞争力和创造价值增值的关键性要素,他们的成功典范促使我国政府重视文化创意产业在产业政策调整上的重要地位,同时引起国内学者的广泛关注与深入研究。围绕文化创意产业集群化的发展特征,从政策、人才和体制三个层面,集中探讨集群过程中的突出问题,进而有针对性的提出战略性对策。
Cultural and Creative Industry are regarded as the key elements by many developed countries to enhance the country rs competitiveness and to create added value. Their success stories prompt the Chinese government pay attention on the important position of the cultural and creative industry in the industrial policy adjustment, while causing extensive concern and in-depth study of domestic scholars. This paper revolves around the development characeristics of cultural and creative industry cluster, from the policy, personnel and institutional, focuses on the outstanding problems in the process of cluster, and then proposes the targeted strategic countermeasures.
