摘要 采用CMB-2510A腐蚀速率测量仪研究了焦化废水回用作循环冷却水的腐蚀特性,主要对焦化废水经生化处理和深度处理后的纳滤产水的腐蚀特性进行试验研究,并通过实验优选出ATMP+Zn^(2+)复合缓蚀剂配方,使纳滤产水的腐蚀速率降到0.1001 mm/a,作为补水加入到循环水系统中,腐蚀速率降至0.0724 mm/a,远远低于《水处理剂缓蚀性能的测定旋转挂片法》(GB/T18175-2000)标准值(0.125 mm/a)。同时,考察了溶解氧和浓缩倍数对循环水腐蚀速率的影响,实际应用表明,该复合缓蚀剂能在浓缩倍数为4时,有效地解决循环水的腐蚀问题。 The corrosion characteristics of coking wastewater as make - up water for circulating cooling systems was researched by using CMB -2510A corrosion rate meter to determine the corrosion behavior of nanofihration water after bio - treated and advanced treatment process. The compound corrosion inhibitors ATMP and Zn2+ optimally selected by experiment can reduce corrosion rate of nanofiltration water to 0. 1001 mm/a, and reduce corrosion rate of nanofiltration water as make -up water for circulating cooling systems to 0. 0724 mm/a, much lower than the national standard (GB/T 18175 -2000), which was 0. 125 mm/a. At the same time, the influence of solution oxygen and concentration multiple on corrosion rate was studied. The practical application showed that the compound corrosion inhibitors ATMP and Zn2+ can control economically the corrosion in circulating cooling water system when concentration multiple was 4
