The characteristics of PVC cable material were summarized, the phenomenon of PVC cable ingress of oil was introduced, and the reasons were analyzed. Some test methods were discussed and the method for concentrated H2SO4 resistance was developed, the ingress of oil risk for PVC cable was tested when the PVC material came into our factory.
