摘要 目前,顺丁烯二酸酐的产量处于过剩状态,如何解决顺酐产量过剩的局面,一直是我们所面临的问题。利用顺酐臭氧化法生产乙醛酸就是一个较好利用顺酐的途径。顺酐水解是否彻底,对提高乙醛酸产率有着非常重要的作用,本研究通过测定不同条件下顺丁烯二酸酐水解率,考查了顺丁烯二酸酐质量分数、水解时间、水解温度等参数对水解率的影响,对水解产品进行了熔点测定和红外光谱分析。结果表明,顺丁烯二酸酐质量分数为20%,水解温度60℃、水解时间为2.5 h、顺酐水解率大于99.8%,熔点显示为顺酸熔程;红外光谱表明水解产物为顺酸。 Currently, the production of maleic anhydride was excess. How to solve the situation was the problem faced. The process used maleie anhydride and ozone to produce glyoxalie acid was a better way to use maleic anhydride. Whether the hydrolytic of maleic anhydride was sufficient or not played a very important role to increase the glyoxalic acid yield. The effects of hydrolytic rate such as maleic anhydride concentration, hydrolytic temperature, and hydrolytic time were researched. The hydrolytic product was characterized through melting point test and infrared spectra. The results showed that the optimum of hydrolytic process parameters temperature was 60 ℃, time was 2.5 h, maleic anhydride concentration was 25% , and the hydrolytic rate can be over 99. 8%. Melting point analysis and infrared spectra showed that the hydrolytic product was the malie acid.
