分光光度法测定巡司河水体中总铁含量的研究

摘要 研究了邻二氮杂菲分光光度法测定总铁含量的条件,得到了回归方程y=0.1892x+0.0033(R^2=0.9995)。用所建立的分析方法对巡司河水体中的总铁含量进行了测定,结果较为理想。变异系数3.2%,平均回收率97.8%。该方法简单、快速且测定成本低,对巡司河的治理具有指导意义。 A determination method of the content of total iron by 1,10 - phenanthroline spectrophotometry was introduced. The standard curve was obtained that the regression equation was y =0. 1892x +0. 0033( R2 =0. 9995 ). The method was successfully applied for the determination of total iron content in Xunsi river and the determined result was relatively ideal. The RSD of the method was 3.2% and the average recovery was 97.8%. The method was simple, rapid and low cost and it would be benefit on remediation of Xunsi river.
