摘要 本试验在最佳蒸馏条件为浸泡时间1 h、加水量500 mL、加热时间5 h下,采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取不同区域马尼拉草样品中的挥发油,并且分析不同区域草样中的化学成分。采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-Ms)分析测定不同区域样品中挥发油的成分及其相对含量。研究发现,不同区域样品中挥发油的成分及其相对含量均有所不同。 The optimum distillation experiment conditions for 1 h immersion time, add 500 ml water, 5 h heating time, about the steam extraction of volatile oil of Zoyia matrella and using simultaneous distillation extraction method to extract volatile oil in Zoyia matrella samples, their chemical composition was analyzed. Meantime, collecting different areas of the samples, using the GC - MS method to measure the composition and the relative content of volatile oil were carried out. Through the research, it found that the composition and the relative content of volatile oil were different in different functional areas, the composition of volatile oil in traffic area was obvious more than leisure area and living area, the relative content of alkane was relatively more in leisure area and traffic area, and the relative content of all kinds of material in living area were moderate.
