摘要
亚硫酸铵的氧化对氨法脱硫技术具有重要的工业意义,文章简介了国内外已工业应用的湿式氨法脱硫技术的应用现状及其发展,结合我公司脱硫副产物亚硫酸铵浆液的塔内氧化工艺,根据氨法脱硫反应机理,提出了将脱硫生成的亚硫酸铵溶液排放到吸收塔外进行氧化的方法,综合比较两种氧化技术,塔外氧化对于氨法脱硫是一种比较合理的氧化方法。并对塔外氧化技术的流程设计和设备选择进行了扼要阐述。
The oxidation of ammonium suffite had important industrial significance for ammonia desulphurization technology. The application status and development of domestic and foreign industrial application of wet ammonia desulphurization technology were introduced, combined with the oxidation desulfurization by -product ammonium sulfite pulp company. According to the reaction mechanism of sulfur removal of ammonia oxidation method, the ammonium sulfite solution discharge desulfurization generated to absorption tower was put forward. Through the comprehensive comparison of the two kinds of oxidation, it showed the oxidation outside the tower was a more reasonable method for the oxidation of ammonia desulfurization. The process design and equipment selection and oxidation on the outside of the tower technology were introduced.
