摘要
介绍了煤直接液化干气的利用现状,论证适用煤直接液化干气制取氢气的催化剂,分析装置原料变化对催化剂运行现状,提出存在的问题、改进措施、论证催化剂可行性。对催化剂配比调整,分析加工两种原料,使用寿命,最终提出优化方案利用资源,解决了多余的煤直接液化干气焚烧排放的问题,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The present situation of utilization of dry gas from coal direct liquefaction was introduced, the direct coal liquefaction catalysts suitable for dry gas into hydrogen, analysis of the impact of change of raw materials for the catalyst operation were demonstrated, and the existing problems, the improvement measures, demonstrated the feasibility of catalyst were put forward. Through the catalyst ratio adjustment and analysis of two kinds of raw materials, processing and service life, the optimization scheme of utilization of resources was finally put forward to solve the excess coal direct liquefaction dry gas incinerator emissions, with good economic and social benefits.
