摘要
通过对一类新型固体酸催化剂——磺化硅胶的制备及其对合成乙酸异戊酯催化作用的考评,使学生了解了绿色化学的概念并掌握一种固体酸催化剂的制备方法,熟悉了酯化反应的常规合成方法、产物分离及分析方法,提升了学生综合实验的能力。本实验简单易行,涵盖了无机制备、有机合成、仪器分析等方面的相关内容,有利于培养学生的创新能力、综合实验能力和科研能力。
By means of the preparation of silica sulfliric acid ana its catalytic evaluation of isoamyl acetate, thestudents was made to understand the concept of green chemistry and the preparation method of a kind of solid acid catalyst, master the conventional synthesis method of esterification reaction and the separation and analysis methods of the product, as well as improve the ability of comprehensive experiment. The content about inorganic preparation, organic synthesis and instrumental analysis were introduced, which can cultivate the students' innovation, comprehensive experimental and scientific research ability.
