摘要
目的:通过检测ERCC1蛋白及mRNA在食管癌、癌旁组织中的表达,初步探讨其与食管癌发生发展、侵袭转移之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化(SP法)染色法及逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR法)对62例食管癌及部分病例相应的36例癌旁组织中的ERCC1蛋白及mRNA的表达进行检测,并行统计学分析。结果:ERCC1蛋白及mRNA在食管癌组织中的表达均高于癌旁组织(对照组),且与癌组织的浸润程度、淋巴结转移、癌组织分化程度及临床预后密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:ERCC1的表达与食管癌发生发展、侵袭转移关系密切,可作为食管癌患者的个体化治疗及临床预后判定的病理学指标之一。
Objective: To study the correlation between the expression of excision repair cross completion 1 (ERCC1) and the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of human esophageal cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were used to detect the expression of ERCC1 in 62 cases of ESCC specimens and 36 cases of nearby non-cancerous tissue. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: The expression of ERCC1 in esophageal carcinoma was significantly higher than in non-cancerous tissue (P 〈 0.05),and was significantly correlated to the infiltraticn, lymphatic metastasis,differentiation and prognosis of the tumor. Conclusion: ERCC1 plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of the esophageal carcinomas. The expression level of ERCC1 may be used as an indicator for the study of chemotherapy, biological behavior and prognosis of ESCC.
