锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效

The therapeutic effect of locking plate on proximal humeral fracture

目的:观察肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:肱骨近端骨折33例患者根据Neer分型:二部分骨折10例,三部分骨折15例,四部分骨折8例,均使用国产肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗。结果:平均随访14个月(6～20个月),骨折均骨性愈合,平均愈合时间3.9个月(3～5个月),按Neer评分标准评定疗效,33例中优16例,良11例,可4例,差2例,优良率81.8%。结论:肱骨近端锁定钢板是治疗肱骨近端骨折的理想选择,只要精细操作,术后适度功能锻炼,可获得满意疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of locking proximal humerus plate on proximal humeral fracture. Methods： A total of 33 cases of proximal humeral fracture according to the Neer classification,including two-part fracture 10 cases, three-part fracture 15 cases and four-part fracture 8 cases were treated with the locking proximal humerus plate. Results： All thirty-three patients were followed up for 6 - 20 months （average 14 months）,and all fractures had bony union. The average osseous healing time was 3.9 months . According to the Neer numerical rating system：excellent in 16 cases;good in 11 cases;fair in 4 cases;poor in 2 cases .The excellent rate was 81.8%. Conclusion： With appropriate surgical technique, satisfactory results can be expected for the displaced proximal humeral fractures treated with locking proximal humeral plate.
