摘要
"满汉全席"既有不可割弃的历史事象和满、汉民族的食俎传统,也有引以为戒鉴和有悖现今国情的弊端。研考它的历史成因和食俎内容,只是将其得以还原,目的是在此基础上,进一步考量并明确它的遗产价值。因此,对"满汉全席"的席名嬗变与清王朝的运数、席式原型的探析,是为了合理地继承它的遗产价值,并在实践中正确应用,使"满汉全席"得以健康地发展。
Man-han banquet tells the Man and Han ethnic groups＇ tradition of eating sacrifice and other his-torical events and customs. There are also some undesirable points that are against our national situation and should be taken as warnings. To study the details and historical reasons of eating sacrifice is to learn the origi-nal condition and evaluate its value as a heritage. Therefore, study of the evolution of its name, the desti- ny of Qing dynasty and the original banquet is to inherit the heritage and apply to practice so as to carry it for-ward in a positive way.
