《舌尖上的中国》告诉我们:中国饮食不缺乏美,缺乏的是中国人理解美食的感悟之心。回顾中国饮食生活变迁,已经形成健康当家、结构变化,品味时尚、身心求合一,餐饮繁荣、选择多元化三大特征。随着中国人美食生活的开启,美食知识习得、行为指导的需求尤为迫切,拥有深厚饮食文化底蕴与丰富美食鉴赏经验和较强的表达、沟通、协调能力的"美食家",已然成为人们美食生活导师。
A Bite of China shows there lacks not aesthetics in ,Chinese cuisine, but the understanding of gour-met among Chinese people. Looking back to the evolution of Chinese cuisine, there are 3 characteristics as follows: diet changing for the healthier; fashion going together with demand; restaurants booming for more choices of consumers. Gourmet knowledge acquisition and consuming guidance are in urgent need for life with gourmet. Thus gastronomists, with profound and extensive knowledge for catering culture, experienced in jud-ging and appreciating gourmet, capable of expressing, communicating and coordinating, have become gourmet life tutors of the average.
