摘要
随着改革开放进一步深入,我国乡村经济发展水平日益提高,农村社会交往与交流的层面大大增加,农民的接待意识和消费能力也明显提升,乡村高档酒店也适时发展,并呈现扩展之势。乡村比较多地保留着相对独立而封闭的传统生活方式,其人居环境指数优于城市地区,这为乡村高档饭店发展提供了有利条件。然而,乡村高档饭店在管理与服务等方面还存在着诸多问题,乡村地区发展高档旅游饭店应当依托乡村资源,打造特色饭店产品;强化品牌战略,加强标准化管理和服务;还要努力提升员工素质,积极做好饭店营销工作。
With further implementation of reform and opening up policy, economy in rural areas has been greatly developed, and farmers are more service-conscious with more consumption capacity. As a result, luxu-ry hotels emerge accordingly and is about to expand. Countryside has relatively independent and isolated tradi-tional lifestyle with a far better living environment than big cities, which gives an edge for the development of luxury hotels there. Nevertheless, the management and service are still not perfect. Therefore, luxury tourist hotels in rural areas had better make full use of local resources and position themselves as specialty restau-rants. Second, strengthen brand consciousness with standardized management and service. Third, improve quality of staff members and have a good marketing management.
