摘要
近年来,越来越多的高校采用大类招生培养的方式来适应人才培养的需要。烹饪与营养教育专业作为工学门类下的食品科学与工程类中的特设专业,必须适应高等教育改革发展的需要,优化培养方案,重构课程体系,才能培养出应用型、复合型、创新型的高级专门人才。
In recent years, an increasing number of universities enroll and cultivate students by general aca-demic classification in order to adapt to new needs of talent fostering. As a special major of food science and engineering, professional cooking and nutrition education has to adjust to the reform in terms of optimizing cul-tivation mode and curriculum reestablishment so as to cultivate pragmatic, comprehensive and innovative pro- fessionals.
