摘要
结合移相全桥和同步整流控制方法,设计了10V/200A低纹波大功率开关电源,并采用Saber软件对移相全桥和同步整流技术进行了仿真分析。对开关电源输出大电流时产生高频纹波的原因进行了分析,提出了有效解决方法,并得到验证。
Combining with phase-shift full-bridge and synchronous rectification control method, this paper designs IOV/2OOA low ripple voltage high-power switch power supply,and uses Saber soft- ware to perform simulative analysis to phase-shift full-bridge and synchronous rectification control technology, analyzes the reason that high frequency ripple occurs when switch power supply out- puts high current, presents an effective solution method and performs validation.
