摘要
针对海洋资源的归属与邻国存在争端,必须对他国非法进入我国专属经济区的舰船予以监视监测,维护我国海洋权益。论文开展了利用星载SAR数据进行海洋舰船等一般性目标检测的研究,探讨了不同海况、噪声条件对舰船目标检测的影响,开展了海陆分割技术研究,提高了目标特征提取精度。
Detection on Marine Ship Target Based on SAR China has a long coastline in about 18,OOOkm and 200 nautical miles exclu- sive economic zone(EEZ). Aimed at the jurisdiction of marine resources and disputes with neighboring countries, it is necessary to detect and monitor the foreign ships entering into the EEZs illegally so as to protect our marine interests. Applying on satellite--home SAR data, the Paper studies the detection on general targets of marine ships, explores the influence of different sea conditions and noise conditions on ships detection, carry out research on sea--land separation technology, which improves the accuracy of fetching taract signature.
