基于ABC-KAQ的经管类应用型人才实践培养探索

The Cultivation Exploration in Application-oriented Talents of Economics and Management Based on ABC-KAQ Model

通过分析当前应用型人才在实践活动培养方面的几个问题,结合地方性本科院校人才培养目标,提出了将ABCKAQ双相模式融入到应用型人才培养的实践活动之中,并提出了培养强化技能训练意识,课程改革作为促进动力,切实建立校企合作机制,在实践活动中将ABC与KAQ相结合,借鉴"教学企业"拓建学生实践新平台,搭建技能型教师队伍、实施技能清单制培养等六大措施。

Through the analysis of the current applied talents training in practice, combined with personnel training goal of local colleges, this paper puts forward the ABC-KAQ model into the applied talents training practice, and raises the six measures such as strengthening skill training consciousness, curriculum reform as a driving force, to establish the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, combining ABC with KAQ in practices, exploring new practice platforms by education-orientation enterprises, cultivat- ing the skilled teachers, implementation skills inventory training model.
