Study on Production Logistics System Simulation Based on Witness

在分析生产物流系统和仿真技术的基础上,采用Witness仿真软件对某企业的生产物流系统进行研究。通过仿真对企业原材料的采购周期提出改进方案,进而有效提高了企业的生产效率。同时也为其他制造企业的生产物流系统分析与改善提供了理论依据和方法。

On the basis of analyzing the production logistics system of an enterprise, this paper uses the Witness simula- tion software to study its production process. Enterprises can improve the program of raw materials procurement cycle by simulation and thus effectively improve the efficiency and ef- fectiveness of production. Meanwhile it can also provide the theoretical basis and methods for analysis and improvement of production logistics systems of other manufacturing companies.
