近年来,随着我国物流经济的快速发展,国际货运代理企业的服务范围不断拓宽,从最初的代理人发展到第三方物流供应商。在企业转型过程中,由于身份的改变,企业的法律责任也在发生变化。文章结合有关国际货运代理业的法律法规,详细分析了货运代理作为代理人、当事人到第三方物流供应商时所应承担的责任与义务,有助于我国国际货运代理业在激烈的市场竞争中健康而有序的发展。

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy of our country logistics, international freight forwarder enter- prises broader ranges of services, from initial development agents to the third party logistics provider. In the process of corporate transfornlation, because of the change in status of enterprise legal responsibilities are changing, too. Combining with the relevant laws and regulations of international cargo agent enterprises, analyzes the freight forwarder as an agent, the parties to tile third party logistics provider should bear the responsibility and obligation, contribute to China＇s international cargo agent enterprises in the fierce market competition in the healthy and orderly development.
