摘要
根据物流企业特点,将原来的平衡记分卡(BSC)理论改进,从财务、顾客、内部业务流程、学习与成长、营运安全五个层面来设计物流企业绩效评估指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)将指标分层系列化,然后计算各层因素相对重要性的权值,形成绩效评价体系。最后,以A公司为实例进行分析验证,以此来验证该评价模型是否具有可行性。
According to logistics enterprise's characteristic, this paper adopts improved BSC (Balanced Score Card) to design comprehensive performance index system. It including the following five aspects: finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth and trading security. The paper uses AHP to divide indexes into different levels, and accounts the value of indexes comparatively importance. At last, the analytic method is proved to be available by company A.
