Analysis of Spare Parts Procurement and Supply Management for Chinese Offshore Oil Enterprise

海上石油企业因其行业特殊性,在石油勘探、开发和生产初期与英法等国石油企业合作,其管理方式和管理理念都领先于同行业。文章采用理论与实际相结合,分析了我国海上石油企业备件采购、供应管理中的优势和存在的问题,并提出一些建议和看法,旨在改观我国石油企业备件采购与供应管理水平和提高工作效率,促进我国石油企业备件管理健康、持续的发展。

The management modes and concepts of Chinese offshore oil enterprise are on the domestic leading position, because of their special cooperation with the developed foreign oil enterprises. This thesis makes use of theoretical and prac- tical analysis methods analyses the advantage and the problem in spare parts purchasing supply management. Also proposes some advices to improve the efficiency and management level of petroleum enterprises, which could promote spare parts management level in the petroleum enterprises.
