摘要
从我国目前住宅金融市场特点出发 ,深入分析了银行贷款面临的各种风险及其产生的主要原因 ,提出了发展以执业律师为主体的住宅金融服务机构——抵押贷款经纪人、分类保险、多重保证、合理确定房产抵押率。
Setting out from the characteristic of house financial markets actual in China,a deeply analysis in varies risk and its causes is made.A few countermeasure keeping away house financial risk, for instance developing house financial serving organization such as the broker buildup by certification lawyers and classify insurance and excessive pledge and conforming house mortgage rate reasonably and evaluating loan repay ability in science is put forward.
