胸腺肽辅助抗菌药物治疗AECOPD的价值

Clinical value of thymosin combined with antibacterial agents in the treatment of patients with AECOPD

目的分析胸腺肽辅助抗菌药物对于AECOPD的治疗价值。方法选取我院进行治疗的AECOPD患者92例,分为两组,分别使用胸腺肽联合抗菌药物和单纯使用抗菌药物,观察实验组和对照组的治疗效果、对体液免疫的影响、对细胞免疫的影响和IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α结果。结果实验组疗效显著优于对照组,且实验组CD+4、与CD+4/CD+8明显高于对照组的患者,实验组中的促炎因子水平低于对照组患者,抗炎因子水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽辅助抗菌药物能够明显提高AECOPD的治疗效果,并且改善细胞免疫功能,降低促炎因子的表达。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of thymosin combined with antibacterial agents in the treatment of patients with AECOPD. Methods 92 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group was treated with thymosio combined with antibacterial agents, and the control group was given antibacterial agents only. Then the curative effect, the influence on humoral immunity and cellular immunity, and its influence on the levels of IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect was better in the experiment group than in the control group. The values of CD4 and CD4/CD8 were obviously higher in the experiment group than in the control group. The level of proinflammatory factors （ IL-6 and TNF-α） was lower in the experiment group than in the control group, and the level of anti-inflammatory cytokine （ IL-10 ） was higher in the experiment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Thymosin combined with antibacterial agents can improve the curative efiect and the function of cellular immunity of patients with AECOPD, as well as reduce the expression of proinflammatory factor.
