抗结核药物致肝损害139例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 139 cases of liver damage caused by anti-TB drugs

目的探讨肺结核治疗中引起的肝功能异常的因素及其治疗原则。方法分析本院收治的肺结核患者在抗结核治疗中出现肝功能损害的临床特点。结果肺结核治疗期间肝损害除抗结核药物外,还与患者年龄、性别、营养不良、酗酒、肝病史及肺结核本身有关,根据肝损害程度保肝治疗疗效大多较好。结论预防、早期发现、及时治疗对预后佷重要,化疗要严密观察、定期监测肝功能。

Objective To probe into the factors that caused liver functions＇ abnormality during anti-tuberculosis treatment. Methods The clinical features of tuberculosis patients suffered liver damage during anti-TB treatment. Results In addition to anti-TB drugs, the damage of liver function were also associated with patient＇s age, gender, malnutrition, alcoholism, history of liver disease and tuberculosis itself. The liver-protected treatment was based on the degree of liver damage. Conclusion It＇s important to give early prevention and detection for prognosis. Chemotherapy should be closely observed, and liver function should be regularly monitored.
