胸腔镜肺癌切除术对高龄患者的预后分析

Prognostic analysis of thoracoscopic lung cancer resection on senior patients

目的探究胸腔镜肺癌切除术对高龄患者预后的影响。方法对云南省肿瘤医院收治的112例非小细胞肺癌患者按照患者年龄段分为高龄组与非高龄组,对比两组患者术后并发症、恢复情况及生存情况。结果高龄组出现14例并发症,并发症发生率35.9%,非高龄组出现15例并发症,并发症发生率20.5%;高龄组出现8例心血管病并发症,发生率20.5%,非高龄组出现1例,发生率1.4%。结论在对高龄患者进行严格心肺功能评估及全面围术期护理的前提下,可应用胸腔镜肺癌切除术进行治疗,能够获得较好的预后。

Objective To discuss the influence of thoracoscopic lung cancer resection on senior patients＇ prognosis. Methods 112 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into the senior group and the non-senior group according to their age. The post-operative complications, recovery and survival situation of the two groups were compared. Results There were 14 cases of complications （35.9%） in the senior group and 15 cases of complications in the non-senior group （20. 5% ）. The complication of angiocardiopathy occurred in 8 patients of the senior group and 1 patient of the non-senior group. Conclusion The thoracoscopic lung cancer resection can be used in senior patient under the condition of strict comprehensive cardio-pulmonary function assessments and perioperative nursing.
