摘要 通过对载体、润湿剂、分散剂、紫外保护剂的筛选,确定了解淀粉芽孢杆菌Q426可湿性粉剂的最佳配方。最终所得制剂中载体D 10%、润湿剂6%、分散剂6%、紫外保护剂0.5%。测得制剂的芽孢数量为2.82×1010cfu·g-1,润湿时间为43 s,悬浮率为76%,指标均达到国家标准及预期目标。 Bacillus amyloliqttefaciens Q426 shows inhibition of growth of plant pathogenic fungi, such as Curvularia lunata, Fusarium oxysporum and Colletotrichum truncatum. It is a potential biocontrol agent of some plant diseases. The optimum formula of the wettable powder was de- termined by investigating its carrier, wetting agent, dispersing agent and UV protection a- gent. In the final preparation, the carrier D is 10 % , wetting agent 6 % , dispersing agent 6 % and UV protection agent 0.5 %. The quality test shows that its spore content of wetta- ble powder can reach to 2.82 ~ 10 cfu/g, with 43s of dispersion time, and 76% suspen- sion rate. The quality of its wettable powder meets the state standard and gets expected goals.
