摘要
以八硝基苯基笼型倍伴硅氧烷(ONPS)为原料,三氯化铁/活性炭为催化剂,乙二醇甲醚为溶剂,采用水合肼还原法合成了OAPS,优化了OAPS的合成方法,收率达到83.67%;利用FTIR、UV、XRD、EA等分析手段,对OAPS的结构进行了表征;通过热失重分析,验证了OAPS的热稳定性。该方法简化了后处理步骤,降低了合成成本。
Octa nitrophenyl polyhedral silsesquioxane (ONPS) was successfully reduced to octa aminophenyl polyhedral silsesquioxane (OAPS) using hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent, FeC13 6H20/C as catalyst and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as solvent. The synthesis method of OAPS was optimized, and the yield reached 83.67%. The structures of OAPS were characterized by means of FTIR, XRD, UV, EA. The thermal stability of OAPS was verified by TG. This method simplified the synthesis processing of OAPS and reduced the cost of syn- thesis.
