针对线性代数课程的难点和特点,结合多年的教学经验,讨论了如何学好和教好线性代数。从激发学生的认知动因、帮助学生消除抽象感和注重数学思想的渗透等方面总结了教学经验,提出了改进的建议。在实践中收到良好的效果。

Linear algebra is an important mathematics basic course in science and engineering major. This course is difficult to be mastered due to its abstractness with more concepts, theo- rems and conclusions. This paper discusses the problems of teaching and learning of Linear Al- gebra combining with the difficulties and characteristics of Linear Algebra and teaching experi- ence. We have obtained some favorable experiences by inspiring the students＂ cognitive motiva- tion, helping the students eliminate the abstract sense and stressing the penetration of mathemat- ical thinking, etc. Thus we put forward the improvement suggestion, and good teaching effect in nractice is achieved.
