摘要
理工科院校以理工专业为特色,长期的单一发展易导致其文理科不平衡,探索理工科高校的人本管理方法,需从教育者和被教育者、教学过程、教学环境等3个方面进行全面的思考,由此,教育者素质的全面提升、文理教学相渗透以及注重"以生为本"的环境管理成为理工科高校人本管理的3个渠道,只有从教学的各个环节进行不断改革和提升,才能真正提高教学质量,培养全面发展的人才。
Academic institutes of science and engineering are characterized by majors in science and engineering,which easily lead to uneven development between liberal arts and natural sciences.In order to explore the methods of humanism management in college,the educators and those being educated,teaching process and teaching environment must be thought through.So the promotion of educators' qualities,the interpenetrating of arts and sciences and environment management of student-oriented are the three ways of improving the quality of teaching.Only the persistent reformation and promotion in every link of teaching could improve the teaching quality and cultivate all-round developing talents.
