摘要
中国国内技术性劳动力和非技术性劳动力报酬差距扩大的主要动因是我国参与的东亚国际分工体系和区域内垂直型产业内贸易的开展。其影响途径在于:企业基于对华外国垂直型生产投资的增加必然增大对技术性劳动力的相对需求;这种投资造成跨国公司内部人员工资的调整;同时源自行业内收入差距的扩大会延伸至行业间收入差距的扩大。
The main reason of splitting salary gap between skilled labors and unskilled labors in China is the eastermAsian international system in division of labor and development of vertical intrmindustry trade in regiorL The influential path is that: enlargement of Chinese enterprises, which are based on the investment of foreign vertical intra-industry trade, enhances the relevant demand for skilled labors. This investment makes labor member's salary adjusted in cross-countries' companies, and at the same time, the expanding gap within the industries can spread to the expanding gap around the industries.
