摘要
教师是深化课程改革最为关键的因素,教师文化是对教师素养的普遍理解。基于教师文化对课程改革具有积极影响的假设,问卷调查甘肃省2012年"国培计划"120位中学教师。结果显示:如果教师文化是卓越的、合作的、旨向促进学生发展的,既能促进教师个体和群体的专业发展,也能有利于基础教育课程改革的深化;反之则不然。
Teacher is the most critical factor of further advancing basic education curriculum reform. Teacher culture is a general common understanding to literacy of teacher. The study assumes that teacher culture positively affects basic education curriculum reform,and questionnaire is used to survey 120 secondary school teachers of 2012 the plan of national teacher training in Gansu province. The results shows that if the teacher culture is excellent, cooperative, aiming to promote students' development, then it can promote individuals and groups of teachers professional development, and also deeply advance basic education curriculum reform. On the contrary, it is not the same.
