近年来随着我国上市公司信息披露的不断完善,国内对上市公司高管薪酬及其影响因素的研究备受关注。本文在搜集大量文献资料的基础上,对近年来高管薪酬及其影响因素研究,进行了梳理和分类综述。

In recent years, with the constant improvement of information disclosure of listed companies, senior managers＇ salary and its influencing factors of listed companies has attracted much domestic attention. On the basis of a large number of literature data, this paper classifies the existing literature of executive compensation and its influencing factors.
