摘要
本文从四个方面阐述了科学技术发展的总趋势 ,及其对高等教育改革大方向的相关影响 。
This paper set forth the general trend of development in sciences & technologies, and its connected influence for the general orientation in reform of higher education from four directions, and put forward a tentative idea for construct new system of cultural diathesis education on the basis.
