尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Clinical study on treatment of acute cerebral infarction with dl-3-butylphthalide and urinary kallidinogenase

目的观察尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将160例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用尤瑞克林、丁苯酞治疗。在治疗前和治疗后14 d,分别进行神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)及生活状态评分。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组对神经功能缺损的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论尤瑞克林和丁苯酞联用治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combination therapy with dl-3-butylphthalide and urinary kallidinogenase for acute cerebral infarction.Methods 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in control group were treated by conventional treatment,Based on the above treatment,patients in observation group were treated with urinary kallidinogenase and dl-3-butylphthalide.The treatment lasted for 2 weeks.Neurological deficit score and efficacy were observed in all patients.Results There were significant differences in neurologic impairment score between the two groups.Conclusion Combination therapy with dl-3-butylphthalide and urinary kallidinogenase for acute cerebral infarction shows better clinical curative effect.
