摘要
高校图书馆开展知识服务是时代发展的要求,知识服务必须以用户的需求为导向。通过阐述知识服务的概念,分析现代信息技术环境下高校图书馆用户知识需求的特征,探讨以用户需求为导向的高校图书馆知识服务的模式,并在此基础上提出开展知识创新服务的具体措施,对图书馆的发展具有重要意义。
University library knowledge service is the requirement for the development of the times, and it must be oriented to the needs of users. In this article the concept of knowledge services was described, and the characteristics of the knowledge needs for university libraries users under the modern IT environment were analyzed. The mode of knowledge services for university libraries based on user demand was explored, and further specific innovative services measures which have significance to the development libraries were proposed.
