关于高校图书馆资源采访工作的若干思考

Reflection on the Interview of Information Resources in University Library

分析了高校图书馆信息资源建设的现状,论述了构建采访工作制度保障体系的重要性,提出了开放性采访的观点,阐述了"采"与"访"的途径和方法,并对新时期采访人员的素质提出要求。

In this paper the construction situation of information resources in university library was analyzed, and the importance of building guarantee system for interview was discussed. In the last the viewpoint of opening interviewing was proposed, and the related approaches and methods as well as the quality of interviewers were discussed.
